1. Booking and Reservations
1.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Ai-Royal Hotels & Suites.
1.2. A valid credit card or other approved payment method is required to secure your reservation.
1.3. Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
2.1. Guests may cancel reservations up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time without penalty unless otherwise specified.
2.2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in time may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
2.3. No-shows will be charged for one night’s accommodation at the reserved rate.
3. Guest Responsibilities
3.1. Guests are required to present a valid photo ID and provide a security deposit upon check-in.
3.2. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property and may be charged accordingly.
3.3. Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms and designated areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
4. Hotel Policies
4.1. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated.
4.2. Ai-Royal Hotels & Suites reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests who engage in inappropriate or unlawful behavior.
4.3. Rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees, which may change without notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. Ai-Royal Hotels & Suites is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe.
5.2. The hotel shall not be held responsible for any disruptions or inconveniences caused by events beyond its control.
